Learning Vedic Meditation is simple - anyone can learn.

I teach children as young as 8 to meditate and regularly have students 80 years young in my Learn to Meditate Courses. I schedule regular 45 minute

FREE INTRO sessions throughout the year for you to attend.

If you cannot make a session you can have a 1:1 discussion with me.

I teach this ancient technique for modern householders in the way it was intended - with respect to the purity of the tradition and knowledge.

I trained and was graduated in the Himalaya’s by my teacher ‘Maharishi Vyasanand Saraswati’ in the same way he was trained by his Guru ‘His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’ and his Guru ‘Swami Brahmananda Saraswati’ before him and so on.

Our tradition goes back over 5000 years in time.

In four fun and thought provoking sessions I will teach you to be a fully self-sufficient meditator. Meditate anywhere, anytime without a guide, an app or a class.

How The 4 Session Course Looks 

DAY 1
90 mins

Gratitude Ceremony
You will receive personal instruction on how to meditate.
You will begin meditating straight away and notice benefits immediately.

DAY 2
90 mins

We will go into detail about the simplicity of the practice and how the mantra works .
I will share everything you need to know and you will be able to ask any questions that are relevant to you personally.
I will provide instruction on refining your technique and support on how it can easily fit into your daily life.

DAY 3
90 mins

We look at stress and how it impacts on our physiology.  We will explore why and how the practise of Vedic Meditation is so effective for eliminating stress and fatigue.

DAY 4
90 mins

In our fourth session together, we discuss what ‘else’ is available to us as practitioners of  Vedic Meditation and how VM affects our consciousness
We talk about the natural effects of meditating and de-exciting the mind twice a day and how this ultimately leads to more connection and progressive evolution. I share how we can integrate the expansions we receive from our practise into our lives and relationships.
