Students often share that they experience the ease and benefits of Vedic Meditation from their very first session with their personal mantra.
I teach this ancient practice in its original form — as it was intended for modern householders — honouring the purity and depth of the tradition.
My own training and initiation took place in the Himalayas under the guidance of my teacher, Maharishi Vyasanand Giri, who was taught by his Guru, His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, and his Guru before him, Swami Brahmananda Saraswati. This unbroken lineage stretches back more than 5,000 years, preserving the integrity of this timeless knowledge.
Learning to meditate is simple - anyone can learn.
I teach children as young as 7 to meditate and regularly have students 80 years young in my Learn to Meditate Courses.

How The 4-Session Course Looks :
DAY 1
90 mins
Gratitude Ceremony
You will receive personal instruction on how to meditate.
You will begin meditating straight away and notice benefits immediately.
DAY 2
90 mins
We will go into detail about the simplicity of the practice and how the mantra works.
I will provide instruction on refining your technique and support on how it can easily fit into your daily life. You will be able to ask any questions that are relevant to you personally.
DAY 3
90 mins
We look at stress and how it impacts our health and physiology. We will explore why and how the practise of Vedic Meditation is so effective for eliminating stress and fatigue.
DAY 4
90 mins
In our fourth session together, we discuss how life looks as you continue to meditate.
We talk about the natural effects of meditating and de-exciting the mind twice a day and how this ultimately leads to more connection and progressive evolution. I share how we can integrate the expansions we receive from our practise into our lives and relationships.

LEARN TO MEDITATE COURSE FEE STRUCTURE
Students choose their ‘Learn to Meditate’ course fee from the sliding scale options below. This type of equitable exchange maintains the purity and consistency of the tradition whereby a pilgrimage to learn with a Teacher included an offering of one week’s wages. Choosing an equitable exchange enhances and honours this investment in wellbeing and supports you to embody your practise and the teachings.
• $650 (full-time students + unemployed - concession card)
• $750 (annual household income less than $75 000)
• $850 (annual household income between $75 000 - $100 000)
• $1050 (annual household income between $100 000 - $135 000)
• $1350 (annual household income between $135 000 - $175 000)
• $1650 (annual household income between $175 000 - $235 000)
• $2150 (annual household income between $235 000 - $275 000)
• $ one weeks wages (annual income over $275 000)
