When you learn Vedic Meditation (VM) in person with Dr Lana, you’ll receive an individualised mantra. As this sound is silently repeated, it helps the mind naturally move toward quieter, more refined states of awareness.

As the mind settles, the body experiences deep rest, allowing tension to release and healing to occur. The mind, always seeking greater fulfilment, is gently drawn to the subtle charm of the mantra, following it inward toward stillness and ease.

There’s no effort required — no need to concentrate, control thoughts, or force focus. Practiced for twenty minutes twice a day, Vedic Meditation unfolds effortlessly and naturally.
